A Message to Our Patients Regarding COVID-19

With the spread of COVID-19, PrimeCare is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our community and patients.  We are reducing the number of in-person visits, and moving to phone consultations or telehealth (confidential video platform) for most patient visits beginning Wednesday, March 25. We’ll only schedule in-person visits if your medical provider believes it’s necessary.

Dental care will be available Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm for emergency visits at West Town ONLY (no dental care at our Belmont Cragin location).

We understand it’s a stressful time and we want to be here for you and your family. Our behavioral health (BH) providers are available to talk with you over the phone or through telehealth.

It’s important that we all do our part! Please wash your hands regularly, avoid touching your face, and stay home if you feel sick. Avoid large groups, and other people who are sick.

If you are experiencing cough, fever, or other symptoms please call your PrimeCareHealth medical center first. Given current CDC guidelines, we are only testing high-risk patients with symptoms. Due to limited testing supplies, even high-risk patients may not be able to get tested right now.

We are your healthy place and here when you need us. If you want to make an appointment, call (312) 633-5841. For the safety of our patients and staff, all appointments should be made by phone; you will no longer be able to schedule appointments through the patient portal at this time.
